11:31 AM EST: We received reports of users unable to log in to Rotabull. Our on-call team is investigating the partial outage and we believe we have found the root cause. It is related to an unintended side effect of a recent database upgrade.
11:50 AM EST: The team determined that the fix requires putting the app into maintenance mode temporarily.
12:37 PM EST: The app is out of maintenance mode, and the issue that was causing the outage has been resolved. We apologize for the interruption in service and thank you for your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
